Web Page Design

PSP Web Design offers web page design combos for new customer. The criteria to be met is as follows:

Web Pages have to be static

Customer must provide all text to be included in web page.

Customer must provide any custom images; custom images can be created at an additional cost. 

Maintenance

Maintenance is conducted in a monthly basis.  Included in the web page maintenance is the following:

Any Text changes, if the customer provides the text to be included

Image replacement, if the customer provides custom images.

Detailed Graphic Site Statistics will be included and sent on a monthly basis with the billing records

Web Hosting

System Administration

Includes addition of purchased software, if approved by superior. Also includes additions of hardware components as long as these do not compromise Manufacturers warranty terms, and with manufacturer compatible hardware, i.e. manufacturer approved.  Included are the changes in configuration parameters, as best determined by the system administrator and approval by superior, of hardware, software or infrastructure.

Asset Management

Optimal use of the supplied equipment, and software are enforced, provided that QoS (Quality of Service) is not compromised.

Capacity Planning

Close monitoring of HDD (Hard Disk Drive, i.e. storage space), back up space, and RAM (Random Access Memory i.e. temporary), as well as Virtual Memory, is provided.  Once 70% usage of any of these items is reached, the necessary steps to remedy the problem will be devised.

Client Purchasing

Any purchases made for I.T. will be announced by means of a purchase order, with reason of purchase.  If the purchase order is approved, steps will be followed to insure seamless processing of such orders.

Formal Audit

A Formal Software/Hardware Audit will be carried out every 6 months, where all software licensing and physical software will be audited.  All hardware will be itemized. 

Informal Audit

Close monitoring of resource usage, software licensing, physical software, will be carried out on a monthly basis.

Installations

Software and Hardware installations are included, for software that is properly licensed and hardware that is on the Hardware Compatibility List of Software and Hardware vendors (i.e. software for a Macintosh Computer will not and cannot be installed on a Windows OS Computer).

Server Administration

Includes all of the above, in addition to user administration, domain services administration, Server updates and downtime scheduling, file structure integrity maintenance, back up structure definitions, anti-virus updating, virus prevention, if necessary virus removal, LAN/WAN Troubleshooting, Software Troubleshooting, Hardware Troubleshooting.
